Terms of Service

By using TSME-128D you accept these terms. Last updated: May 2026.

1. Permitted use

  • Analysis of your own data or data you are legally authorized to process.
  • Research, business operations, system monitoring.
  • API integration respecting plan limits.

Prohibited use: mass scraping, reverse engineering the engine, service redistribution, processing personal data without consent, illegal activities.

2. Limitation of liability

TSME-128D is exclusively a data analysis tool. It operates like an advanced calculator: it processes the data provided by the user and returns descriptive metrics. Just as a spreadsheet cannot be held responsible for decisions made using its formulas, TSME-128D bears no responsibility for any action, decision, purchase, sale, financial operation, medical intervention, engineering decision, or any other action taken by the user or third parties based on the analysis results.

The user is solely responsible for interpreting results, validating them with qualified professionals when appropriate, and bearing the consequences of their decisions. TSME-128D does not provide financial, medical, legal, engineering, or any other type of professional advice.

The operator's maximum liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.

3. Suspension for abuse

  • Sustained rate limit excess may temporarily block the account.
  • Brute-force attempts result in automatic blocking.
  • Terms violation may lead to suspension without refund.

4. Intellectual property

The TSME-128D system — mathematical engine, algorithms, API, interface, reports, trademarks — is the exclusive property of the service operator. Copying, distributing, sublicensing, or reverse engineering any component is prohibited.

5. Payments and subscriptions

  • Professional and Enterprise plans are recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual).
  • You can cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the paid cycle.
  • No refunds for mid-cycle cancellations, except where legally required.
  • Price changes will be notified 30 days in advance.

6. Availability

We do not guarantee continuous availability. Specific SLAs only apply to Enterprise plans with a signed contract.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's place of incorporation. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts.
