  • Uploaded files: CSV, JSON, Excel, TSV, Parquet. Processed in memory; raw file is not stored unless your plan includes history.
  • TSME metrics: coherence, entropy, anomaly, detected regime, domain contributions.
  • Operational logs: timestamp, IP, user ID, plan, number of variables, file size, response code.
  • Account data: email, name, contracted plan.

2. How we use data

  • Processing the requested analysis.
  • Generating reports and visualizations.
  • Service operation (authentication, billing, plan limits).
  • System improvement via aggregated and anonymized metrics.
  • Compliance with legal obligations and abuse prevention.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Security

  • TLS-encrypted connections in transit.
  • Rotating API keys with timing-safe verification.
  • Rate limiting and brute-force protection.
  • Security headers on all responses.

4. Data retention

  • FREE: up to 3 recent analyses, auto-deleted.
  • PROFESSIONAL / PREMIUM: full history retained while plan is active.
  • Operational logs: 90 days.
  • Closed account: data deleted within 30 days.

5. Your rights

  • Access to the information we hold about you.
  • Correction of incorrect data.
  • Deletion of your account and data (right to be forgotten).
  • Portability: export your history in JSON/CSV.

6. Third-party services

  • Resendtransactional email delivery.
  • Neon (PostgreSQL)history storage.
  • Stripepayment processing.
  • Vercel / Railwayfrontend and backend hosting.

7. Analytical nature of the service

TSME-128D is a data analysis tool, not an advisory service. Results are descriptive metrics generated from the data provided by the user. The service operator is not responsible for any decision, action, or omission made by the user or third parties based on such results, including without limitation: financial operations, medical decisions, engineering decisions, legal actions, or any other conduct resulting in losses or damages of any nature.

Use of TSME-128D does not create any professional advisory relationship between the operator and the user. The user assumes full responsibility for the interpretation and application of results.
